Luperox F40 SP2
Highly active peroxides for crosslinking, with a range of activation temperatures and half lifes to suit all elastomer needs. Forms available include liquid, crystal, powder, granule and predispersion.
40% bis (tert. Butyl peroxyisopropyl) benzene on a CaCOз and silica carrier, with patented Scorch Protection technology. This version of F40 takes even further the increase in scorch safety, with no impact on crosslinking density, thus allowing higher mixing, extruding and injection moulding temperatures. Active oxygen in 3.8%, higher than DCP types and also exhibits a higher activation temperature and increased half life.
