40% bis (tert. Butyl peroxyisopropyl) benzene on a Easily Dispersable EPM binder pellitised masterbatch form, with patented Scorch Protection technology. This version of Luperox F40 has been specifically designed to increase scorch safety, with no impact on crosslink density. Higher mixing, extruding and moulding temperatures are now possible. Active oxygen is 3.8%, higher than DCP types and also exhibits a higher activation temperature and increased half life
