Luperox 231 XL40
Highly active peroxides for crosslinking, with a range of activation temperatures and half lifes to suit all elastomer needs. Forms available include liquid, crystal, powder, granule and predispersion.
40% 1,1 – di (tert – butylperoxy) – 3,3,5 – trimethylyclohexane in powder form. Active oxygen of this grade in 4.2%. These peroxy ketal organic peroxides are used to achieve high cross link density at low temperatures (min 130°C), or in combination with other higher activation temperature peroxides to increase cure speed.
