Luperox 230 XLSP
Highly active peroxides for crosslinking, with a range of activation temperatures and half lifes to suit all elastomer needs. Forms available include liquid, crystal, powder, granule and predispersion.
n-butyl-4-4-di (tert-butylperoxy) valerate at 40% on a mineral filler, Active Oxygen is 3.83%. Activation is at a lower temperature to DC types, but not as low as the Luperox 231 types. This grade has been designed to give maximum scorch protection utilising patented technology that has no negative effect on crosslinking density.
