Hypro® Reactive Liquid Polymers (RLP) are based on solution polymerized butadiene homopolymers and butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymers. They feature carboxyl, amine and methacrylate vinyl reactive functional groups. Reactive Liquid Polymers are used as co-reactants in thermoset systems. At lower levels they function as tougheners, whilst at high levels they provide high elastomeric properties to thermoset materials.
Hypro™ 1300X68 ETBN is a linear epoxy capped low
molecular weight butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer based
on Hypro 1300X8. It is designed to function as a
toughening agent for epoxy adhesives, coatings and
composites applications.
