Hypro® Reactive Liquid Polymers (RLP) are based on solution polymerized butadiene homopolymers and butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymers. They feature carboxyl, amine and methacrylate vinyl reactive functional groups. Reactive Liquid Polymers are used as co-reactants in thermoset systems. At lower levels they function as tougheners, whilst at high levels they provide high elastomeric properties to thermoset materials.
Hypro® 1300X31 CTBN RLP is a carboxyl terminated butadiene acrylonitrile (10% ACN) copolymer used predominately as a reactant with a base thermoset resin to gain product performance improvements. These resultant pre-reacts or adducts can be incorporated at various levels.
