Chemigum P8-D

Chemigum nitrile (ACN/BR) powdered elastomers are known for their good mechanical properties and resistance to fuels, fats and oils. In blends with PVC, Chemigum elastomers enhance physical properties and chemical resistance. They are also widely used in friction material compositions.

Chemigum P8D is a copolymer with 33% ACN in powder form and partitioned with calcium carbonate. Due to its high viscosity and melt strength, Chemigum P8D finds wide use in calendering and extrusion compounds where low die swell is a pre-requisite.
