Mixland + ZnO – Zinc Oxide - ZnO is a highly effective vulcanisation activator for
use in NR, SR and latex. As the loading is increased,
the activity of the vulcanisation system and the degree of crosslinking are increased. It is also used as light-coloured reinforcing filler. It is recommended for all conventional accelerator systems, slightly retarding alkaline types. In vulcanisation, it exhibits anti-scorch properties, gives good processing, low heat build-up and varies from slow to fast curing, depending on impurities present.
