Mixland + TDEC – Tellurium tetra diethyldithiocarbamate – is a very fast primary or secondary accelerator, used in EPDM, NR, SBR, NBR, CR and IIR. It is particularly active in IIR. When used together with thiurams and thiazoles in IIR, high speed vulcanisation is obtained.
It has an excellent activating function for thiazole accelerators, is relatively safe to process and yields anti-ageing products of good quality with high tensile strength and high mechanical resistance.
Mixland+ TDEC readily disperses in rubbers. It is very active in SBR, associated with TMTD and MBT.
