Mixland + TBzTD – Tetrabenzyl thiuram disulphide – TBzTD is a fast primary thiuram accelerator for NR, IR, BR,SBR and NBR. It used as a secondary accelerator too. In NR, in association with CBS, it is better in reversion and heat build up than TMTD and it has a longer scorch time. In EPDM, it is a good booster when is combining with other accelerators In mercaptan modified CR, it is a scorch retarder when it is used with ETU.
In vulcanisation, Mixland+ TBzTD shows a good dispersion and a good degree of processing safety in comparison with TMTD.
