Mixland + TBBS – N-ter-butyl-2-benzothiazole sulphenamide – a general purpose primary accelerator combining a fast cure with a delayed action. It is very safe at processing temperatures, but produces high modulus compounds at curing temperatures. It is suitable for NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM. TBBS has a higher scorch resistance than CBS, and imparts excellent cured physical properties including the highest tensile stress among the sulphenamide-type accelerators.
