Mixland + PBS-R - N-Phenyl-N (trichloromethylsulfenyl)-benzenesulfonamide - is firstly a powerful retarder in sulphur vulcanisation of unsaturated rubber. But it can be used as a secondary accelerator in nitrosamine-free systems as it does not form carcinogenic nitrosamines during vulcanisation. In this case, it improves compression set and increases modulus. It also improves scorch time at processing temperature.
Mixland+ PBS-R delays the onset of cure. It can increase the cross linking when it uses as secondary accelerator.
