Ekaland NDBC – Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate is a semi-staining protective agent providing, depending on the rubber, resistance to flex cracking (SBR, NBR), light (chlorinated rubbers), ozone (SBR, NBR, IIR, CR, ECO) and heat (chlorinated rubbers and EPDM).
Usage level : 0.5 to 3 phr depending on the rubber and application.It is often used in combination with an antioxidant.It should not be used with NR as it catalyses its oxidation.It disperses easily, and acts as a weak activator of acid accelerators.
